"I placed an almost $100 order for an event and the 2 pound ribs I received were dry and unusable. I didn't want to take the 1/2 back to the place to bring it back. You should never have been served. 40 bucks down. I imagine that they do this for pick-up orders because no one would eat that rib in the restaurant."
