"Horrible service and terribly disappointed. This was not our first visit but will certainly be our last. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. We were two couples and one couple’s dinner came out approximately 1 1/2 hours after we ordered and the other couple’s order came out 30 minutes later. No apologies from either the waitress or the owner. When we mentioned the gap in order delivery we were shown the two tickets with a 30 minute difference in preparation time. We all ordered at the same time so not sure why it there was 30 minutes difference in preparation/service time. The owner acted like this was no big deal. We understand things happen but when both couples order at the same time but the first couple is done eating before the second couple receives their order, there is a problem. Our waitress never came by our table to ask if we needed anything in the hour and a half we waited for the first order to come out. The waitress was quick to blame it on the cook and the owner blamed it on the waitress with no apology or attempt to make it right. Our bills were over $100 per couple. Absolutely unacceptable. We really like to patronize local establishments but not this one again."
