"Had the best experience at the Cask today! From the very happy person answering the phone for my reservation, the accommodating hostess that seated us and let me switch to a table I liked better, the waitress that went above and beyond and brought the chef out to speak to me about my dietary restrictions when I mentioned that I often have a difficult time finding safe foods to order, to the amazing chef that came out and spent time listening to the details of my diet and presented himself so professionally, to the special entree he put together for me that was delicious! I can 't say enough about the Cask! Thank you Chef Jonathan -since I only caught your first name- I now have a new favorite place to go for a freshly prepared gourmet meal anytime and after his reassurance I trust will be safe for me to eat. Very impressed with how the Cask takes such great care in preparing meals for people with allergies and specific restrictions! Highly recommended!!!!"
