"I was extremely disappointed dining at this restaurant. Upon arrival the hostess tells me that they are extremely busy and it may take a while to receive our meals after ordering. What a great welcome for a 1st time customer. We decide to order several appetizers including oysters and mussels. The oysters were served in melted ice and were covered in water and the mussels were cold. The manager then comes over and says the mussels were cold because they were sitting on our table for more than a few minutes and that reordering them would take some time . I actually thought I was in Denny 's not a Steakhouse...every single employee there needs training in hospitality. You can see from my dining history that I regularly eat out and have never submitted a complaint such as this. One word can describe this restaurant Underwhelming!"

"I was extremely disappointed by the food quality considering the price at this restaurant. The steak was overcooked, and there was excessive butter and salt in every dish. Even the salad was underwhelming. The ambiance was only average. However, our server was very pleasant. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant."

"The service was almost impeccable, two of the people in our party ordered lamb chops medium well but came to the table medium rare our server took them back without issue and returned shortly with them to their requested doneness and the guests enjoyed them immensely. The others in our party enjoyed their meal as well. The service from start to finish was attentive and the servers were knowledgeable and helpful with our inquiries and recommendations."
