"The food at this restaurant is delicious, but unfortunately, the company that owns this franchise seems unable to effectively manage this location. There are always long lines stretching out to the street, the dining room is frequently closed, and they are losing business from potential customers who drive by like myself. If only they could create a more inviting work environment, they might be able to attract and retain staff. People would be more willing to work here if they did, rather than witnessing the business flounder and lose sales day after day, week after week. The quality of the food is consistently great, but the company has yet to address staffing and service issues. Additionally, when I requested a side of mayonnaise, the manager refused, which may be indicative of the overall atmosphere in the Seabrook location. Despite its potential, the restaurant's persistent long lines are a significant drawback."
