"Back here for the first time since 2019. I've missed the best vegan Italian in the Valley. Having the Baked Ziti w/Vegan Sausage. Yum, and a great value, because along with the large, delicate garlic toast wedges the ample serving is more than satisfying for a single meal. I like the hint of fennel, present but not overwhelming. Next time, I will likely order the vegan Alfredo, something of a rarity and surprisingly good. (A waiter just added a candle to my table, a nice touch. If you've met the owner, you know what a delight she is. I especially appreciate the lovely patio which, while right on 7th, feels relatively quiet and contained thanks to the thick and high glass panels atop the surrounding courtyard wall.
