"I have been a fan of El Pollo Loco for many years, even before it expanded beyond Southern California, because of its delicious flame-grilled chicken. Fortunately, the chicken has continued to be tasty, but the menu has grown to include a variety of other dishes. This is now my go-to spot for healthy and delicious food, and I try to eat here as often as I can. My only frustration with this location is the difficulty of ordering, as the drive-thru can become crowded quickly and they are not always open during their posted business hours. I understand that COVID has caused staffing issues for many companies, but management should work to address these challenges so that they can maintain consistent hours of operation."
