"When we walked in the front door, I told my husband this was probably the last time we would eat at this restaurant.We have eaten here many times, but after today will not go back. Upon arrival we waited to be greeted as they had a sign that said “please wait to be seated”Several employees walked by us without acknowledging us. Eventually a girl in jeans and graphic tee came to the cluttered host stand and looked at us, as if we were an inconvenience. She did not say anything but waited for us to speak to her.She gathered the menus and took us to a table, then decided on a different table, without mentioning that to us.Once we sat she walked away and then came back, suggesting that we should order drinks from her (again no words spoken)This was not the only unhappy employee, everyone working seemed miserable and some had headphones in their ears.We ordered our first round (appetizers) which took about 20 minutes to arrive (fried dumplings and egg rolls) no sauces came with anything and it was impossible to get any employees attention to get dishes for soy sauce.All the fried menu items were over cooked in old oil and gross.We ordered a spicy crab salad that came at room temperature on a warm plate. I also ordered hibachi steak, it came with a massive hunk of salmon on the plate. The steak was terrible.We decided not to order any raw fish as to not expose ourselves to any food borne illness as the sanitation practices have also gone down hill.This restaurant may be beyond repair. Don’t go here. They should shut it down."
