"I placed my order on the Thai Basil website mid afternoon for a 6:15 pick up. They received a text at 5:45 saying it was being prepared. I arrived to pick it up at 6:15 after receiving a text saying my order was ready. When I arrived no order was waiting. I waited for a while as they looked very busy but then asked as was informed they were making it. I ended up waiting for my food until 6:55 almost 1 hours of waiting. I asked how could I avoid this in the future and they said don’t order when it is so busy. This was not a good customer experience and as I was waiting for that hour I saw people come in, order and receive food. I understand things can happen and orders maybe missed but they did not seem to care about my hour wait and did not offer way to rectify the mistake. I will have to find a reliable Thai food restaurant now."

"I asked for it as spicy as they can make it and there wasn't a single Thai pepper in my curry.. I like my food spicy like the people in Thailand and this is America but I still expect some peppers lol. If your looking for American Thai food it's great though"

"We were looking for a great Thai restaurant and we found it at Mango Thai. The food was extremely fresh, portions were plentiful and the price was extremely reasonable. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Myrtle Beach area. This was the BEST THAI food I ever had."

"DO NOT GET THE 7. Pork Dumplings (8 Pieces) They are truly awful. The dumplings are 95% super thick super tough dough, and 5% kitchen sink gunk. These are far and above the worst dumplings I have ever received in a Chinese order. I am genuinely shocked at just how bad they are. Or that any restaruant anywhere could sell this item. It's like if you wrapped a half tablespoon of wet cat food in 7 layers of sweaty shoe insole and then baked that for 4 hours. I wish that I could meet the chef who made this to watch them take a bite. The 1. Egg Roll is ok. They aren't good and are very greasy, but not terrible. I would not order again. The 23. General Tso's Chicken is solid. Would get again. The 15. Fried Rice is also solid. But seriously for your own health and safety do not order the 7. Pork Dumplings (8 Pieces)."
