"This is our regular place where we go to eat and normally the service is good. Tonight we decided we were served appetizers and after an hour we didn't even get our dinner we ordered. Very disappointed. They would think an apology had been done, but the waitress didn't tell her well and gave the check. In any case, no excuse should be that we should wait an hour for our food while ppl, who went after us, already got food there. Not acceptable."
