"So, a few years back I reviewed this restaurant. I’m still a regular visitor here and still have the same great experience. Even through the pandemic, they have maintained good quality and high standards. I read some reviews that were posted in the recent past and have to make sure to say that if you legitimately have a problem, there is no way they won’t make it right. All you have to do is call or ask to Victor or Ernesto. Not once have I ever seen them not bend over backwards to make a customer happy, even when it wasn’t their fault. I wish more businesses had the willingness to care. I firmly believe several reviews here have to be bull or competitors, or something. I’ve been coming here 8-9 years maybe more? Not once did I ever leave disappointed. Also, I’ll say that many of the food items here are unusually good. My friend and I have been to a few of the other locations and they are pretty good, but something in this place just does it better. The Carne Asada Steak has more flavor and tender, the sizzling fajitas are wonderful, and the chili Colorado is always tender. Also they love to make suggestions, that’s how I’ve discovered new flavors that I didn’t know I would like. While I have become friends with the team here, I want to see good work recognized in this day and age. Have a try. If it isn’t perfect, have the stones to say hello to a manager and let them make it awesome. And spread the word on places that are doing things right to your friends and family. This is one of the good ones."

"It was very good food and a nice atmosphere, but one of the servers told me she was going out to the beach with her pet rooster, I was a little bit confused. But overall, good experience and I very much do look forward to eating here again when the time comes. Very nice and neat experience, always recommended."

One time I asked for a Bandito Burrito I get in Casa Grande, they do not makethem here but Rene asked what it was, I told him and he said no problem we can do that for you, it was perfect. "There could’ve been a little more cheese on the chips, but I don’t mind a few left plain. The carne asada quesadilla wasn’t very cut, but soft enough to pull apart evenly. The pint of rice is always great and you definitely can’t go wrong with Horchata. Everything was great, as usual."

"I have visited this restaurant before and felt like it was just average. This time, when I ordered 2 tostadas to go, they stacked them on top of each other in a single box, making a mess. Additionally, when I requested some red sauce, I was told to go to the salsa bar because the lady couldn't give me any from the ones she was prefilling. However, at the salsa bar, the tight lids were causing the cups to crush when I tried to put them on, creating even more chaos. Overall, I was disappointed as I had higher expectations."
