"We love pizza ranch! We were so excited to move near one! We have to tell ourselves we can only go once a month so we don't gain a ton of weight! The staff here is very nice and they try to do a good job keeping the buffet line clean. It's great you can order any pizza you want and they will bring it to you first before they put it on the buffet. My husband really likes their stuffed crust pizza. Note--they did have to raise their prices due to the price of chicken. I think the evening/weekend price is up to a little over $13/adult."

"Really Pizza Ranch Waukesha? You guys go thru managers here a lot. What's the issue? Something wrong? Your current manager can't resolve a simple issue and has to resort to threatening to call the police. There were so many other options, but she couldn't figure a better scenario. You guys really have a hard time finding competent managers? While the chicken isn't in the bin, salad bar all disarrayed, people waiting for pizza, tables not clean, your manager was obsessed with making a point, which resulted in scaring little kids. Advice- when you interview for a manager spot, look past the ones w/ squinty beady eyes that bare no soul and are too close together."

They struggle with counting money, which is quite disappointing. This is the second Pizza Ranch I've visited, and I've experienced the same issue with cashiers not being able to make change. This reflects poorly on the restaurant, and it’s something that needs to be addressed."

"I gave Manager Chris kudos directly tonight but all of Facebook also needs to know that the Sweet Sunshine Salad is the best salad I have ever had at the Ranch. No iceberg lettuce, just mixed greens. The fruit and peppers are great and the lime dressing has just the right amount of zippy tangy flavor. A sprinkle of feta (my own add on) put it over the top. Good job!"

"I'm so confused as to why this staff is so lazy. If someone orders something just give them what they ordered rather than trying to talk them out of it cause you're too lazy to make the food. I also think that they purposely give you the wrong sauce as they do it routinely. They never have anything prepared and send you curbside every time. A 5 minute experience turns into 25 quick. It's so pathetic. I wish I could give negative stars. Laughing and playing rather than just giving the food to the customer. Like bruh it's not that hard to not be this trash. Corporate need to come fire them all then the department of labor need to deny their unemployment cause they don't deserve a dime for that trash work ethic."

"We visited Pizza Ranch for the first time tonight and had an amazing experience! The pizzas and wings were delicious. I was thrilled when they made a breakfast pizza for me and it truly was the best fresh pizza I've ever had. The server asked how many slices we wanted and I was happy with 2. The dessert pizzas were also fantastic, especially the cactus dessert pizza which I had never tried before. Even my picky son enjoyed it. The service was excellent, with the softball team members being very helpful and attentive. It's wonderful that the company supports their team members. Thank you for the great food and service, we will definitely be returning."

"Went for a Gender Reveal Dinner Party. the buffet was very good. Three buffet tables; Salad bar, pizza bar and chicken bar (with potatoes and cooked vegetables). Many things found to be empty, but there were 2 parties and the dining room was open, and so many people were eating. They were filled again soon.
