"Met up with a buddy I hadn't seen in a while. Mostly because of the bourbon selection. More on that later. We sampled the wings, crispy sprouts, Bison Burger, and mac and cheese. The wings were amazing as were the Brussel sprouts. The Bison burger was fantastic. I would come back in a heartbeat to have it again. The wings were actually crispy/crunchy. 10/10 worth trying at least once. As for the whiskey, their menu is extensive though a little out of date. A bunch of what we wanted to try wasn't available and after going upstairs to peek at their bar after the meal we saw a bunch of options that were not listed. If your even an amature connoisseur there are some interesting options worth trying. They also use large single cubes if you ask for on the rocks which is quite nice. Manager and bartender were all chatty. Will probably come back here with clients moving forwards. They apparently have done barrel picks in the past and as of this writing had an Eagle Rare BP on the menu. You should also check our the beer room on the second floor. You'll be in heaven."
