"First of all, I want to say that I've lived in Madison since 2000, so I know this place he's been here for years. To be clear, the food is amazing, therefore the two stars. I haven't visited in a while, but unfortunately I'm gonna be my last time. To put the scene, children seem to work here. Everyone sees under 18 and high school. This is not to insult, but not only their appearance show their age, but also their actions. After I made my order, a polite, petty woman went to wish a correction on her order. After the explanation of the very simple situation, one of the young employees was in the eye and still. After he stared at them for 10 seconds, he instead took his manager (I assume). The next two minutes were the most disgusting ad of customer service I? ve seen in a while, especially from a place I come home. The manager threw away the woman's food, returned her money and told her? Are they going to the mall? ll do it as you like it?. This comes from a small comparison she made to another gyro place in Rivergate Mall. Instead of putting the pride aside to fix the simple order of the woman, the manager was controversial, rude and arrogant. The woman was quiet and polite all the time until he told her to order her somewhere else, where she declared she was on her short lunch break and had no time to eat. She mentioned that she did not work far from the area in the nail shop and was a regular customer. If the manager was not so focused on the mistake of the order, he would realize that it sounded like this was one of the first mistakes she made since she was a customer. Because of this interaction I experienced, I will no longer come back. I'm not a fan of how they treat their customers when things go wrong. What makes this sad is that most of the younger employees observe during this interaction. What kind of teaching is that? Shame for you that you treated the community as you. I hope you work on improving the way you treat mistakes. To the blonde lady, who has been unjustly treated today, it took everything in me not to order what you asked and put them down for you. I hope you've found a place that treats you with respect, the REAL Madison way."
