"So I will preface by saying that the sushi I had was really good, the little cakes were so light and soft, and the bathrooms were clean/staff were nice. I had to deduct a star because of the quality of the fish at certain areas of the conveyor. There were pieces that were dark or dried out, and some that smelled. We had to really watch to see what was good and what was not, and I did question the preparation practices of the kitchen, and how they store their fish, so watch out for that."
