"We eat here every Tuesday when they have their 5 ingredient special. Just thinking about it triggers a Gutzilla type howl from my abdominal region. Picture as a feast for your eyes, pineapple, black olives, pepperoni, crispy bacon and onions. After you have had one, every time you think of one after that you stomach will be all gut hurt until you go and get one for it!"

"Great pizza, staff was quick and efficient, given I came in fairly close to closing. Tried the gourmet veggie pizza, and was pleasantly surprised. Although they were out of creamy garlic sauce, I subbed light tomatoe sauce and it was delicious.Also got a xlny pep and sausage which was tasty as ph**k.. run fast, get pizza."

"I love this papa Murphys. The staff is always friendly and they always go above and beyond with my weird order of me asking for more pineapple then pizza. Some pizza places even if you tell them you are willing to pay extra just really don't go all out like you ask. This place will. Also there Thai pizza is amazing! This is one of my favorite locations to go to."

"Worst experience I've ever had from any of these pizza chains. The lady and the guy behind the counter where the rudest most disrespectful employees! Once I step foot inside I was not greeted nor was my order taken, I stood there for five minutes! There was no in any line I was the only customer in the place, while they were I'm guessing prepping pizzas for online orders or something. I was ignored! Eventually I walked out I don't think I'll ever return Thanks for the experience!"

"I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was fresh and healthy, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. The Murray location offers a great deal - $7 for one salad or $6.50 each if you buy two. However, the Teal location charges $7 for one salad or $8 for two. I will definitely be coming back here!"

"Great pizza. However I arrived at 10am and the door was locked. They are supposed to be open at 10am. Door unlocks at 10:03. I go in to place my order and am told it will be a while because she has to set up the line. Shouldn't the line be set up and ready to go at 10am when you open??? Not good customer service today."

"here's my beef with most of the eateries in Oregon. Dinner last night, only 3 other tables, so not busy at all. The muzak was an emo station (not a good choice) much too loud. Three at our table, my wife ordered the fish chips, my son the country steak (salad w/ ranch dressing), and I had a steak (steamed veggies, baked potato). The drinks salad arrive, and the server gives the salad to my wife, not my son... easy enough for us to correct, but strike 2. Dinner arrives, looks good, except I have no baked potato. We're asked if there's anything we need, and I have to remind our server.... strike 3. Then the cleanup starts, vacuum floor sweep, after we had just gotten our food. It's too bad, because the food was very good, but the lackadaisical attitude stymies me."

"Absolutely terrible service! Last night, we placed a large order, but one of the pizzas from Papa Murphy's was incorrect. I called tonight, Saturday, August 6th, to see if I could return the wrong pizza for the correct one. The employee I spoke to just kept saying she wasn't a manager and that they were closed. I explained multiple times that I didn't need a replacement tonight and that I was willing to wait until I was back in the city. The worker was very rude, stating that all she could do was take a note and make no promises. I asked her to hear me out, but I warned her that I would share my experience about their customer service. She replied defiantly and quickly hung up on me. I was very polite during our conversation, and she insisted that the pizza was made correctly, even though we hadn’t ordered a Chicago-style pizza. I will never use this business again!"

"I ordered a pizza with special ingredients, but when I got home and checked the pizza, it was not what I had ordered. It seems that the restaurant's app does not accurately convey the customer's requests to the pizza maker. We had ordered a gourmet pizza with specific toppings, but they did not fulfill our order correctly. They even called us to argue that we were mistaken about the ingredients on our pizza. When we showed them our order on our phone, they still insisted that we got what we asked for. This was very poor customer service. We went back the next day to try to get a refund or exchange, but they continued to deny that there was a mistake. It seems that they need to fix their app so that they can accurately fulfill orders. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning to this restaurant."

"My family and I stopped in to the Menomonee Falls County line road location as a walk-in order for a take home pizza. We had a long day visiting family at the hospital, were looking for a quick meal to take home. Our 7 year old had been stuck inside all day, without much fun and play. We walked into the store and Tiny Dancer by Elton John was playing on the radio loudspeaker. The cashier and prepare line employees were courteous, patient, and had smiling faces. We were asked if we were ready to order. Rather than answering we swirled around the store for some dancing/play time. Rather than becoming frustrated, as many fast food chains would, they joined in song and fun from behind the counter until we were ready to proceed with our payment. These employees are kind, great in customer service, and deserve recognition. They did not know the difficult day we had before stepping into the store, and we all left happy. Later on we were also full thanks to the yummy pizza! The woman who wrapped our pizza also took the time to explain that stuffed pizzas have different cooking time than the original. Great store, we will be back."

"About 30 minutes from call to pick up. The whole place and everything on our order smelled amazing. I've had other pizzas that are filled to the brim with pounds of meats and ingredients but honestly Detroit pizza killed it with a fine balance of all the ingredients (gormet vegetarian is the bomb) the toppings were all very strong but not overpowering allowing a symphony of different flavors to waltz across the dance floor that is your tongue. Im a big fan of bread as well and a good dough can make or break a nice pizza pie and whatever they're doing, they're doing it right. Take this as you will but this may be the only review ive ever written (at least as far back as i can remember) so taking the time to do this today is very uncharacteristic of me"

"Tried ordering 4 pizzas on 7/29/23; the lady, although very polite and friendly, had no idea what a Specialty or Combination types of pizzas were (various meats and veggies/multi topping pizzas that are are usually higher priced menu items) nor was there any manager or coworkers available to assist her with trying to help me place an order for 4 larges of these varieties. I had to hang up bewildered and place an order from a more popular pizza chain that understood what those types of pizzas were and was able to fulfill our needs for the party."

"Haven't had Papa Murphy's in ages. Can't really go wrong with a take and bake pizza. Customer Service was great, we got 2 pizzas and some monkey bread. Everything was good. Got $5 off order as I had previously signed up for their frequent flyer program, and it was discount night on large pies, so we saved another $10. Even without the discounts, still a pretty good bang for the buck."

"This is one of my go-to destinations for solid, no frills pizza. On the downside: this is take-and-bake pizza. This means that one must own an oven and be cool with putting their raw pizza into heat and cooking it themselves. For those who require instant gratification, this is going to be a challange. On the upside: it's relatively inexpensive vs. most pizza delivery, and it's unbaked status allows one to easily add their own toppings once you get it home! The cowboy is my pizza of choice here, but you do you."

"do not come to a busy time unless they have an hour to wait. an online order (2 pizzas) hours earlier for a pick-up of 4:30 o'clock. pizzas are not ready to wait the amount of 8-12 people in front of the door. not the fault of the worker, they were shamed, but still very nice. 5:12 they were ready."
