"We ordered a Luca themed cake from Creative Cakes for a child’s birthday party. Unfortunately, the date of the party shifted and the owner was unwilling to offer any suggestions or accommodations. Furthermore, after reaffirming she lacked the storage capacity for the cake, which is entirely understandable, she failed to give any helpful suggestions on how I may store the cake for an entire week before the party. When I informed her that I was frustrated she said “it’s not my fault the date of the party changed.” Of course it’s not her fault and it’s entirely out of her control but providing suggestions on how to store the cake or helping with alternative arrangements is within her control. If you’re planning to order a cake from here be prepared to pay an astronomical price to work with an unkind baker."
