"We cannot say enough good things about Plouffe’s catering. Cara and her team took care of our daughter's wedding recipes on 11/11/22 at the Roger Williams Botanical Center and were fantastic! We had to stick in a budget, but still wanted to serve our guests a delicious meal and Plouffe’s nailed it! We went with the Federal Hill Buffet (sausage, pepper and onion, fantastic homemade meat balls, pasta, salad and homemade donuts for dessert) and the guests were delighted. The cocktail hour was also Spot-on. Most important was the service beyond and beyond! Cara was responsive and always communicated over the entire planning period and helped to cope with some stressful situations in the last minute with the venue. We recommend Cara and her team at Plouffe to accompany you next event."
