"This was a first time order for me. I wanted to bring bagels and coffee to one of my clients and they were near by. I ordered online and within 2 minutes they called me and let me know they were out of one of my items and kindly offered to switch it out for a more expensive item, without charging me more. The delivery was prompt and courteous. The food looked great! Overall, a very nice experience, I will order from them again."
