"I have visited this restaurant location numerous times. The food is usually good and the service is typically good as well. We decided to call in an order for a roll platter, which included 6 basic rolls and 2 premium rolls, priced at $80. However, we were informed that the total cost would be over $90 because the rolls we chose were considered more expensive, despite selecting 6 rolls from the basic menu and 2 premium rolls. If we had ordered online, the total would have been $85 after tax. Upon picking up the order, I spoke with the management about the discrepancy. They explained that this was their standard pricing and that $90 was actually a discounted rate. When I mentioned the cheaper price online, they simply told me that if I didn't want to pay the higher price, I didn't have to purchase it. In the end, I paid the extra amount due to needing to feed my children, but I don't plan on returning to this location again."
