"We attempted to visit a second time because the food was pretty good. However, we never made it beyond the lobby this time after the male host went out of his way to not make eye contact with us. He hurried in and out of the lobby several times, quite literally within inches of us, without so much as a friendly, “someone will be right with you.” It doesn’t matter how busy or short staffed, acknowledgement of customers willing to come in and spend their hard earned money goes a long way. We are currently directly across the parking lot where it’s much busier, but in contrast we were immediately greeted and served."
