"If I could just rate the sandwiches, the ratings would be higher. But. The management ruins everything! Every time I go they are out of ingredients for all the ? sandwiches my family is ordering. They don't keep the stock supplied or the drink machines filled. The young female manager is extremely rude and doesn't care about the customers making the visit uncomfortable. The male assistant manager is much more welcoming and friendly, apologizing for always being out of supplies. I don't reccomend.... and have told the company over a year ago about the manager but they don't reply"

"A nice sandwich place in Berkeley. The portion is good, and they have free lollipop that comes with the sandwich you order. I had Steph Curry, which is great. The sauce in the sandwich is pretty unique, and there is a lot of choices on the menu. The restaurant has great creativity and it is worth trying."

"I received excellent service during my first visit to this restaurant. The staff took the time to explain the menu and recommend some of their best sellers. The sandwiches were delicious! I highly suggest giving this place a try."
