"The delivery took 35 minutes longer than expected (1 hour and 20 minutes total), and they blamed Slice (delivery app) for the delay. The pizza was cold and the soda was warm. When I called to complain, instead of apologizing or resolving the issue, they insisted that it was impossible for the pizza to be cold and that the warm soda was supposed to be that way. The customer service was terrible."
