"My fiancé and I ordered food over the phone for pickup. We only order food to go because the couple times we were in there the staff wasn’t the friendliest. My fiancé walks in and says Hi I’m here to pickup an order and girl snottily replied that she wasn’t working and walked away from him. Another girl who waited on my fiancé was kind. That was extremely rude and uncalled for. The next minute he sees her waiting on a table when she said she wasn’t working. All she had to do was say I’m sorry I don’t do the pickup orders and find someone. Honestly the food is good but it’s not worth it to be treated so rudely."

"I stopped in to order on August 7 at 6:30 pm. A heavy black woman was at front counter. I asked her a question. Couldn't understand her so I asked for her to repeat it. She screamed a reply with obvious annoyance. I told her she needn't scream her response. She walked off. I waited 2 minutes for her return so that I could order. I then abruptly left the building. How dare she scream at a paying customer (and with hostile attitude). I WILL NEVER GO BACK. They lost a sale and a customer because of her."
