Sure, at times the ride thru has a while, but this is a rarity, and on all occasions, inside and driving thru, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. "Food is absolutely nasty. The first time I went there I asked them can they make everything fresh they asked me can I pull in the front. Went home and fries was not fresh they was burnt and burger was cold I instantly got sick afterwards. I was throwing up and had diaherea( just being honest I waited for a couple of months before I went back same exact thing. All they do is heat it up the food to make it seem like it is hot and fresh. When in reality it's not. Food taste like straight garbage. This is by far the worst McDonalds I ever went to. I would not spend another penny there. Beyond ridiculous."

A new member of the team allowed my 5-year-old son to order by himself, despite taking some extra time, she was cheerful and accommodating. She then took my order with thoroughness and a positive attitude that truly brightened our visit. She made us feel like regulars at a local diner, and I hope management recognizes her dedication. "I was not impressed with the service at this restaurant. We waited for 45-50 minutes for our order, during which time they continued to take new orders without fulfilling the existing ones. The manager eventually came out of their office to put a stop to new orders, only to disappear again and leave the workers to fill the backlog of orders. There was a clear lack of consistent management in ensuring orders were filled in a timely manner."

I dont think i have ever had an order wrong OR had something gross in my food at the old building.My husband went the other day and his order was wrong.I went today and ordered two value meals.I realized there was only one fry and no bbq sauce.I go inside and tell them im missing a fry and bbq sauce and open my bag to show them-thats when i see MULTIPLE BLACK HAIRS ON THE TOP OF MY FRIES!!!!!!I was like OMG theres hairs all over my fries!Employee looks at them and goes oh ok. "Our stop at this McDonald's was irritating this time because I usually have become cold to warm food, it seems every time I visited this McDonald's and one from the hospital in Clarion. We ordered a Cheeseburger two new orange Hi-C, which is back (I waited for it), and a frozen caramel Macchiato, also I found out that they are Custard cakes back which are also my favorites so that we have six of them to share with the family. Everything was hot, everything was cold, what should be and it was just a perfect trip to McDonald's, finally!"
