"I’m giving 5 stars because even with all the confusion with them being out of milk and forgetting to refund then I call and they refund it then later on I lost contact with the Uber driver because he completed the order then took my food since he couldn’t follow instructions on how to get to my house. Had I known they used Uber eats I wouldn’t have ordered I’ve never had a good experience with Uber eats. BUT in the midst of all this the insomnia cookies staff was so helpful and nice I really felt like my order and my experience mattered to them! Got fully refunded and everything worked out perfectly keep up the great work insomnia cookies!"

"One of the best cookies places I’ve been to. If you’re looking for the best peanut butter chip cookie then look no further because here has it along with many other fantastic cookie. They even have good ice cream here plus they make cookie cakes. Its usually not busy and I highly recommend going here if you love cookies."
