"Pleasant experience of first time trying Jollibee after more than 10 years I believe! My mom is from the Philippines so it’s quite big there. I wished I could’ve dined in for the better experience, but take out was still great. Lots of customers, need to be in line for a long time even if I’ve ordered take out online. The chicken was YUMMY, it’s very crispy! The spicy chicken was spicier than I expected. The spaghetti is less sweet that I expected. Overall still pretty good!"

"Peach mango pie alone is worth the visit. Perhaps the best fast food pie you'll ever find. Spicy chicken joy and spicy chicken sandwiches are great. Sides are decent. The noodles and spaghetti are ok, but not really something I would order regularly. The only disappointment is that they don't serve Halo-Halo. I don't know why they don't just add it to their menu."

"This place is always bustling with activity. I initially saw it open as a Jollibee and returned in the evening for dinner. The portion sizes were definitely large enough to satisfy two very hungry people, which is great! I paid a total of $16 for a Value Meal #8 (which includes half a bangus, rice, and palabok) plus a chicken skewer. I forgot to get any drinks, though. I gave it four stars mainly because the cashier was quite unfriendly. I’m not sure if the drinks were refillable, but the young cashier certainly didn’t handle a refill request from another customer well; she seemed to really dislike her job. Despite that, you just can’t find anything like this in Arizona. We drove five hours to indulge in this meal, and it was definitely worth it. I plan to return tomorrow before heading back home!"

"We drove an hour and fifteen minutes just to get two pieces of thighs and eight drumsticks. This is unacceptable especially due to the fact we waited about 30 minutes just to get an iffy order. I also noticed that people that had arrived after me were given their order before me. It makes no sense as to why someone with a short order should be entitled to get their order before a big order especially if we were waiting before.I been calling to discuss my concern over the phone, but no one was picking up. now I feel better after this rant????"

"I drove 3 hours just to eat here after seeing them for years online. My only wish is if they had a location closer to me. The line was out the door and a crowd of people by the counter waiting for food. Nonetheless they were very organized and provide stellar service considering the circumstances. The food was aboslutely to die for. My favorites were the spicy fried chicken with the gravy dipping. Everything was amazing but that is what really stuck out to me. The pineapple refresher was delicious and the fried pie was heavenly."

"Was my first time trying Jollibee ever, since my friends praise it so much. I completely understand being short staffed and longer wait times. Was it worth the wait? Unfortunately no. The chicken is the only thing that gave this place 2 stars, everything else was not appealing. There was a server who accidentally knocked over a plate on the floor. She cleaned it up but didn’t change her gloves! How can you pick up trash and not change gloves? Pretty sure that’s a health code/Food handler violation. Not to mention the place looked pretty trashed for a customers perspective, trash all over the place and still gave this place the benefit of the doubt. While taking a couple of bites into my food I found a hair. I have short hair and that was my final straw."

"No choice of pieces but didnt specify all 10 were dark meat. Ordered 10 piece bucket MEAL and all pieces were either drumsticks or thighs! Iwas assuming/hoping there would be at 1 wing or breast or at least the description specified drums and thighs only. "Large" sides werent enough for even 2 people. $58+ 10 dark meat only chicken, sides only enough for 1 individual. Very disappointing. Hard to believe that almost $60 couldnt feed 3 people."

"The first time here. The food is served hot and tasted well. We ordered the spaghetti, Palabok and roasted chicken. The fried chicken comes with one side of gravity. An allergy menu is published on the counter and can also be found on the website that says that the menu items do not contain peanuts or tree nuts. This place does not serve Halo Halo, so there are no tree nuts. We liked the food so much we came the next night when we were back in the area. We had chicken pliers, pineapple juice, cakes and Palabok. The chicken teeth were not so crisp and we are a little soggy compared to the fried chicken in the previous night. We'll be back. It would be nice if Jollibee had a reward program."

"WARNING: DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THIS LOCATION unless you want to wait forever. I placed an order online to skip the line but they wanted me to pick up my order at the drive thru window. This is ridiculous and very inefficient! I placed an order online but still had to wait for everyone else to place their order/get their order before I was able to pick up my order. This place should have a separate pick up line for online orders. They also don't pick up the phone at this location. I wanted to cancel my order because the line was so long. I had no way to cancel it so I had to wait for over 45 minutes."

"Even though they have lettuce and tomato, you cant get it on your burger. Not sure if I went on an off day but none of the fried chicken had flavor. Spicy chicken was not spicy. The mash potatoes tasted like fake butter flavor. Chicken sandwich was over cooked and hard, not crunchy. Fries were good and yum burger was tasty. DO NOT GET THE PALABOK. It was disgusting. It genuinely looked and tasted like mild throw up. I eat all types of food from all different corners of the world, This is no disrespect to the dishes of the Philippines. I was extremely disappointed in the food from jolibee. I only return for the burger, fries and pineapple juice."

"This restaurant is fantastic! The food is consistently good. I'm not sure what they do differently here, but this location is much better than the one in Sacramento! On a side note, I would like to mention a manager, named Alex. My party and I were seated near an interview he was conducting, and he was incredibly kind and accommodating to the applicant, even working around their complicated schedule. The staff seemed happy working under him, as I overheard one employee thanking him for approving their holiday request. Perhaps it is his strong supervision that contributes to the delicious food here! As someone who supervises a team of over 30 people, it has inspired me to improve my own managerial skills and strive to be as kind as Alex."

"Ordered a bucket of 10 pieces fried chicken to-go and as a matter of fact, it's the best fried chicken I've ever had in the valley. Not afraid to throw out names Popeyes and KFC step aside to the cornor please. Like have you tasted fried chicken that's still crispy two days after you reheated it? This is it! Have you tasted fried chicken that's never too dry and always juicy? This is it! But just for that experience and the food it's a hard 5-stars, speaking of fried chicken standard since the rest out there is almost pure garbage. Like it really is that delicious! 我在香港也尝过这个菲律宾的炸鸡店，很欣喜他们在凤凰城这一带也有一家虽然也仅此一家了。很喜欢他们的特别的酱汤搭配，和别的炸鸡店给的酱料都不一样。炸鸡最重要就是味道和口感，讲究一个皮脆多汁，相比之下，别的美国连锁炸鸡店真的一个都不能打。我吃这边的肯德基全都是因为想家那边的食物了，吃点吮指原味鸡能有点家的味道，不然这边的肯德基就是很不行，又贵又不好吃。另一家像佰百鸡 就是Popeyes)炸鸡虽然还行，但不知道为什么就是特别特别油腻，好像油都灌进鸡里面的那种感觉，我吃过不下一百次的感觉啊。所以在有的选的情况下，炸鸡连锁店里肯定首选快乐蜂没有问题！薯条也很脆口感很好，炸鸡我在冰箱放了两天扔微波炉里都还是脆的就很离谱！五星好评！"
