"Dear KFC food, but I'm not happy the service, the app said the food was ready, came there, finally we thought through the ride, blah blah we were told to go back to the parking lot, sat out for almost 10 minutes probably, finally our food brought out, the trade was nice and polite. They have come home and realized that they did not give us our main piece of order, had to drive back the whole way and they had it sitting there and they are like oh yes, we forgot. The order should be checked before it is given to the customer, come on... I thought I'd get some coupons, a free desert or drinks, for the trouble and inconvenience. KfC is my jam, but the service is something you always have to deal with. Check your orders before you go is usually the norm, just thought it would have been good, but..."
