I am completely honest to inform the so-called manager Renee that my oxtail had sooo much fat on it. I told her the food was tasty, not made right outside the Macn cheese and the beef Pattie?s super crispy, dry and hard. She pretended she wanted to help, and I told her I wasn't looking for financial compensation, but they can do something about my experience. She tried the defensive role, she tried to compare herself with other places without listening thoroughly! I told her I came from the north, Guyanic culture had formerly Jamaican cuisine and many other cultures and she tried to insult my intelligence. As I tried to explain, I have never paid $20 plus for an oxtail duck ever then get mainly fat! The point is the cost and quality don?t fit! That is the point, it is not the money that it is the quality. She started acting when she took care, then she tried to tell me that she removed all fat from the oxtail from the distributor! First, it is impossible to remove all fat from the oxen tail! She tried to tell me the color of the fat as if I didn't know the difference between fat and meat! I told her I was pregnant and didn't want to go back and forth instead of fixing the problem she tried to spend time to be defense.. after more than $60 plus on food $23 plus per duck and you talk garbage! I will never recommend or support such a business. She even threatened to report frauds if I objected to the charges for missing services. It only shows the amount of ignorance on its part know nothing about the business!!! 7 eleven beef pattie?s taste better than their beef pattie?s, it tastes like frozen beef pattie?s from the box! This is a banging version of Jamaican food!! Do not waste your money if you know how genuine Jamaican cuisine tastes!! It's not! Skin, dry and fat!!"
