"I have never witnessed a more disrespectful manager in my life, especially one who is supposed to be overseeing the front counter. The line stretched all the way out into the street, with customers waiting to exit. Meanwhile, the manager was yelling at the staff. One employee was sitting in the lobby with her child, who was distracted playing on a phone, while the manager made excuses for her absence. The situation escalated to the point where employees began shouting at each other. This chaotic scene seems to occur every time we visit. They really need to bring in a different manager—ASAP!"

"Carl's Jr has been one of my go to fast food spots. I definitely prefer this location over the Junipero Serra one. Their sides (fries, zucchini, onion rings) are always prepared fresh and you can tell by the oil on your go bag. I highly recommend getting the lettuce wrap low carb style. I think they do it the best out of all of the fast food places. Also, ask for the house sauce! It's way better than ranch."

"Try Carls Jr for the first time and it was pretty good. I have the famous star without cheese and the pommes. The famous star had enough sauce and a good size Patty; it wasn't flat either. The frits were also beautiful and crispy with a real potato taste. The service was fast where my order was placed on my table and the rest room is quite clean. The prices of their burgers are like other fast food places, but obviously higher than Mcdonald's."

"The guy that made my two jalapeno double cheeseburgers did a really nice job making my burgers. I watched him, and he made my burgers like he was making a masterpiece, which I appreciate. The burgers looked really nice when I took them out of the bag. They weren't smashed together, but everything was put together like it was going into a museum. Also, the guy who took my order was very professional and prompt with taking my order. I appreciate the good service and want to recognize these guys for doing such a great job. March 16 at 8pm"

"On Wednesday evening, I went to Hardee's, which is located near the church I attend. I absolutely love their hand-dipped Chocolate Shakes. I usually avoid ordering one when they are busy because hand-dipped means they make the shake entirely from scratch by hand. They don't just pour ingredients into a machine and serve it. Their shakes are made with real ice cream from a refrigerator. The server uses a scoop to put vanilla ice cream in a silver aluminum cup, adds chocolate (or your preferred flavor), adds milk to the correct level, and blends it all together. The result is a delicious and creamy milkshake. Their fast food biscuits are the best I've ever had. The charcoal grilling at Hardee's is fantastic. I always order the swiss mushroom burger, and it never disappoints - I give it 5 stars. Their ham and cheese sandwich is also top-notch."
