"I have been going to this place quite a while and honestly, their food was good, if not best. But today, they didn’t have salt or spice in momo we ordered. Didn’t knew the momo could taste so bad until today. So we called the server to let her know what happened. She went in,asked in the kitchen and came back saying, “ohh they put little bit salt today, you have to manage with it. I am sorry but I can get you hot sauce if you want” and they charged us full price for the momos which I didn’t feel right. For something that is didn’t have any taste, how can they charge us and that too full price. In fact, even the server told us she tried the momo and it was missing salt. The lady, I guess she is the owner, came to ask is if we finished food, maybe to ensure we get good service, but she didn’t ask us how was food or we’re sorry for what happened. So this is a message for the restaurant to work on these kind of customer services as well. This was probably my 8th time in the restaurant but from now, I may not wanna go there"
