"Unfortunately, I really need to leave this review because the last few experiences here were about the same, and both times it was middle day with zero other customers in the facility. Two times the rice was so incredibly wet that it was almost porridge. Since I have been to many other Poki sites and have eaten rice all my life, I cannot imagine how they were servers in order to serve this customers. The hand rollers are a hot mess that when you try to pick up, fall out of the front and back. Her musubi was burned this last time (visibly), I pulled it out and looked at it and they saw clearly how BLACK was the spam and still served it. Oh, and it was served on the muddy rice without sauce.... Unfortunately, it feels like the staff they have there is completely incapable of preparing and serving food for customers. The preparation of food in this business really lacks and the servers serve it with a care. The other places are fine, this has only to overcome some massive obstacles before I could recommend this place to any friend."
