"I made a reservation for my husband's birthday, but when we arrived, the restaurant couldn't find our booking, even though Open Table had confirmed it. Our server was not attentive at all. She mentioned she would bring the bread that comes with our meals, but she never returned with it. Eventually, we had to ask another server for it, and after a long wait, we only received two small garlic knots right as we were finishing our meals. She also didn't offer to refill our drinks, and the overall service was subpar. We were really disappointed. The food was good, but the service fell short of expectations."

"After being a customer that orders on an average twice a week for many years I will no longer be ordering here anymore I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza at 8:30 when I got home three people had got one slice each they all said that it had a odd taste to it and it was extremely hot for medium sauce I called in and told them could they replace it with just a plain cheese which is approximately $14 I spent $20 for a pizza that was uneatable and I wasn't worried about the $6 difference they told me no the pizza is what it is and it's made that way all the time well that's untrue because I've ordered them before and that's not how they taste I told Rose which I believe is the manager that I have the whole pizza and we scrape the toppings off of three slices of the pizza and I would bring it back over she said there's nothing she could do for me so for a long time customer that got a pizza I was going to return because it had a taste of being spoiled and too hot you just lost a customer good luck"

"I was eating pizza yesterday, but after Tornadowind and power failure, ENBW was closed so I made my way to 5 points of pizza. Five points is a nashville half clip that has a vegan pizza that you can only order - all other pizzas are sold by the slice. The toppings sounded great and I added be-give pepperoni to turn it off. We said it was a 20-minute waiting time, so we went and sat in the car. After exactly 25 minutes I went back to take my order and then went to another local brewery to eat it. The pizza was really cold as if it had been sitting for hours. I'm here and just tasted dough and basil. None of the other toppings seemed to make a look. I ate some slices because I was hungry and decided that I would save the rest and warm it up in the stove tomorrow, hoping it would taste better. Well, I write this review tomorrow and unfortunately it didn't taste better yet. I'll throw the rest of this $28 pizza and my way to Up Down for the next time I want a slice of vegan pizza."

"My wife and I arrived at the restaurant at 7:50 and waited for about five minutes. The place was full and a customer went, so we were next. We had several employees who came by and say nothing until a lady came by and told us that they would close soon and would not be able to sit down. We are regular in this area and have never been treated like that. We will never know how the food tastes, but the customer service was definitely missing."

"Only a few years ago this place was absolutely brilliant when they were open. But in recent years it has gone down in customer service, attention to detail and quality. The taste is still the best about everything they serve...
