"I haven't been to this restaurant in over a year, and it's still like rancheros. The staff were not friendly, just took our payment and handed us our food without thanking us for anything. I was not impressed by the food. Essenrancheros is still my number one choice for Mexican food at a drive-thru."

"I usually am really satisfied with the restaurant overall. But I went to get some food tonight, I order 3 queso Barria tacos and there was no cheese in sight which I paid extra for. Then I found a hair in my container. I tried to call the number on the receipt and there was no answer after numerous attempts. Very unsatisfactory. I just wanted to see if I could get some kind of compensation or get it fixed. I could not go back to the restaurant so I wanted to speak to someone which was unsuccessful. I am wringing this in hopes that they will see this and reach out to fix the issue. I hate even having to do this, but I was very disappointed."

"I ordered the chile relleno plate and it was delicious. it came with two chile rellenos, rice and buoy with their choice of flour or mais tortillas. I chose the flour and they give them two Burrito size tortillas that look homemade and taste. I really eaten Mexican food and I have made a good choice by ordering here. I'm going back to the finals."

"Pretty disappointing. The whole Chips Guacamole situation was just not good. The guac was strangely warm and the cheese wasn apos;t melted. Would have much preferred a bag of chips with a side of guac. The burrito was MASSIVE and didn apos;t have sour cream like I asked and it was very bland. I will say the Cheese Quesadilla was pretty good but that apos;s literally just a cheese quesadilla. Threw away most of my food:"

"Fast service, nice staff, some things quite reasonable. However, about 2 Tbl spoons are worth pico de gallo $1.59. It really seems to be a bit high. I had to think about the huge breakfast Burrito with bacon for $4.99, and the beans and cheese Burrito for $3,99 were really good prices for the portion size. So I went to the pico for this because of the high cost. Overall, good value to most articles."

"Great Mexican food. Service is great, food is really good surprisingly as the decor is super rustic/old. Don't let that fool you though, it's good. They have a full walk up condiments bar and some great hot hot sauce (pre-packaged) in to go cups. Chips are pretty good to. Try this place, small hole in the wall but good. Enjoy"

"The 2 Sopes were soooo good! Crunchy on the bottom and overall satisfying. You cant beat the 5 Mini Tacos with Soda price for about 10 bucks. Their carne asada could use a little more seasoning for better flavor. Their refried beans are good."

"Let me say... I was in 45 states, and I tried something of everything while on the street. This place has the absolute BEST-Surf and Turf Burrito I've ever had.... it's the best Burrito period. The thing is full of shrimp and the price is not overwhelming, especially if you bite into this thing. Sometimes I make a 2 hour trip just to come here for surfing and Turf Burrito with an old fashion glass bottle coke. It's dying."
