"Seriously going downhill since they first opened. Food used to be great! Now it's a hit or miss. Pay your money and hope for the best. And the staff is incompetent and all charge different prices for the same food. Today I was told a usual 2 piece chicken meal now only comes with 1 and a half pieces. And the menu clearly says medium (1piece) large (2piece). And it's $1 more now with less food. They have the nerve to try to charge $2.50 for ONE piece of fried fish. That is robbery. And I was just there last week and was charged $2 per piece. and the lady who charged me $2 was standing right there pretending it wasn't her who charged me that price, but I stayed silent because my goal was not to get her in trouble. Not worth going there anymore. They upcharge prices, skimp you on the food, and act like you don't know what you're talking about when you ask about the fluctuation in prices. I'm so done with them. There is conveniently NEVER a manager around to speak to. They need to be shut down cause what they do there is straight illegal!"
