"Terrible customer service experience today 04/25/22. I went through the drive thru. I was not greeted when I got to the speaker. I asked for all wings in my meal and was told NO. Just like that,NO! No explanation why, just NO. I offered to pay extra and was still told NO “we don’t put all wings in the family meal.”Then she said something else(really fast) I didn’t understand what she said so I asked her could she please repeat. She did, but it was a tone as if I was bothering her because she had to repeat herself. When I told her how she sounded she mumbled under her breath, (still on the speaker) “oh my God” and then just talked right over it. The gentleman that was taking payments was pleasant though. THANK YOU, young man! Then when I get to the window for my food “Ms.Attitude “ is basically throwing it out the window at me. Food hanging out the bag, so I asked for another bag. Guess what…. That annoyed her too. Like my goodness, if you don’t like your job QUIT. Don’t make the customer experience BAD because you picked the job."
