"The Cheese Course Bistro in Pinecrest was a delicious lunch spot! We went on a Sunday and it was quite busy, so it took a while (around 30 minutes) to get service after we were seated. It didn 't bother us, but if you 're in a rush, keep that in mind. The staff seemed a bit short handed, but they were all very friendly and attentive once they reached our table. The best part? The food! Their tables are spaced out nicely, so even with the crowd, it felt comfortable. I tried one of their perfect pairings the mushroom and brie soup with a smoked salmon sandwich. It was fantastic! The soup was incredible, and the sandwich with cream cheese was delicious too. We shared a nutella tartine for dessert, which was basically heaven on french bread. Everything was amazing. For four people, the bill came to around $100, which is a good value for the quality of food. Overall, The Cheese Course Bistro is a great place for a relaxed lunch with delicious food. Just be aware it can get busy, and service times might reflect that."
