"The Iced Caramel Coffee did not taste like Carmel coffee. Really watered down pretty sure it sat there for good amount of time. The wrapping was a joke. Do they even train them properly how to wrap? I understand fast food, but it was like hey let me wrap this and put it in the bag Hash Browns was okay. The Sausage Egg McMuffin was good. Overall the Chicken McGriddle and Sausage Egg Cheese McGriddle was good too."

"We did a quick stop, only to get McFlurries and a large sweet tea. They seemed pleasant enough. A week ago, we actually picked up food, which was fresh and hot, so they definitely scored an A on that. However, the cashier who took our order was rude, very very rude. She was taking with someone else and I thought she was talking to me, so I was trying to understand what she was saying. Finally, she said the tag line she should've said minutes prior, like when I was pulling up. I felt like I was bothering her as she felt she was entitled to keep having her conversation with a co-worker despite a (hungry) customer being at the window. I was frustrated because this could've been a minute stop, but because this young lady had better things to do than her job it took us minutes just to pick up some chicken nuggets and fries."

"It's Mc Donalds it's always the same. The standout at this point are the very friendly staff. We were street waste, and they were so kind to us, even though we were a little bit **** and tired. "Very slow McDonald’s during an off peak time too. I waited for several minutes to get service, and when I did got my chocolate sundae, it came half filled. I asked the employee and she was a little rude about it, but added more to the right amount. There is no pricing on the menu for the sundae, and it’s nearly $3 when the ice cream cone is 99cents. Pricing doesn’t really make sense."

"Absolutely the nicest people who work here, clean and fast. It's the first time I ever used the kiosk and they were patient with me when I tried my 4yr old to chat at the same time. I cannot express how beautiful and efficient the staff is. I have ordered something that they randomly (it's seasonal) and she called the McD on the way to see if they had it for me. Drive the additional miles to come here at any time!"

"I haven't stepped foot on a McDonald's property in several years until this day. It may be many more years before I do it again. Reasons are as follows: McDonald's has gotten simplistic. It didn't seem like you can refill your drinks any longer, the soda machine is now behind the counter. It isn't very welcoming when you enter. Nobody to greet you like other fast food chains, The Big Mac was my favorite menu item, the patties and buns got a lot smaller. The portion of fries I received didn' fill the large box I ordered. I ordered on the app and had it delivered to my table. It was clear I annoyed the employee who brought it to me. He sat my bagged order on the table and walked away without saying a word. It seems McDonald's has lost its touch with the customer and cares more about the profit."

"Went in today. Joanne took my order, very friendly and welcoming. Received my food, sandwich was dry and seemed old. Advised the manager and she stated this is how their spicy sandwiches came. I asked for a new sandwich and manager was ok with that after I told her I eat those often and they definitely don’t have a dry texture. Joanne brought the sandwich back to the table, apologized (she didn’t have to) and was very nice about the situation. Maybe Joanne should be the manager."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful... I stopped for the seasonal latte coffee and my little dog slipped out when I matched my 1 yr old granddaughter. I drove 6 miles home and discovered that the dog was gone... I called McDonald's and they answered immediately and told me that my young dog walks around the parking lot... I drove back and it was almost dark.. I went in and she said that my dog ran into the fields over the road opposite the highway.. I went and called her, she came and everything was good again.... I am grateful for this employee who was enough to keep an eye for my little dog when she worked her shift.... The coffee was good the cookies fresh... The care was exceptional"
