"When they get it right it’s delicious, but when they’re busy and mess up the order they blame you (even when you ordered through an app and the item is clearly listed)— I ordered what I thought was a plain hamburger patty for my dog as a treat and got some empanada looking thing. No description on the app said “this is an empanada” and to most people patty=meat from the hamburger. They just yelled the same thing over and over and hung up on me instead of trying to understand the confusion. Better descriptions online or add pictures of you use a classic name to describe something very off from what most people would expect"

"Man this food is a killer!!! The perfect ratio of white and hot sauce on chicken and lamb over rice!!! My mouth is getting watery, just thinking about it. All workers are very respectful. The food is clean and the chicken does not come with the ugly fat or soft bones that serve most Halal carts. Every bite is like heaven."

"Ordered chicken and waffles and the chicken was good. Only my drum stick tasted freshly made. The other piece had to have been sitting because it was dry. The waffle.. DEFINITELY store bought. Not made in house. My husband's beef platter was tasty but the beef was so dry you can tell just by looking at it. The banana pudding..same thing. My wafer cookies were disintegrating into the pudding and beyond mushy. That's not banana pudding. The j chicken patty was really really good! It definitely didn't taste like j chicken but overall that and the tea lemonade were the Best thing we had compared to the rest of our meal. Unfortunately this was a one and done for us ??"

"I spent $32 on the 21pc mixed chicken special/lg fries and 4 sodas. I asked the guy if it was fresh because there was a lot in the case and the fries already boxed up he said yes. I got home to my family and immediately knew I'd messed up everything was old chicken and fries had been in the warmer since before the pandemic probably. Never again and best believe I'm going for my money back."

"Management needs to speak to the Mexican man that are gauging prices my friend wanted a cake he told me six dollars and then he said three dollars I don’t know what’s wrong with these Mexican men that you guys hire in this place on Lexington Avenue and East 124th St. in East Harlem but management needs to fire these men because for number one they are rude And I don’t know why they treat people the way they do in the community this is not the first time I had this encounter with these Mexican men, especially the cashier. Please hire people that are going to show respect and courtesy to people who go in there to buy food. Thank you."
