"This place was great until recently. The chicken tasted the last 3 times (even after the demand for fresh). Sure enough, I'll go back and see some chickens sitting there. It wasn't busy or something. They always forget something in my order, and of course we are at home and do not want to go back while our other food gets cold. The tea in the dining room tastes like they wouldn't clean the machine thoroughly. I had a problem with overload the other day. Call and leave a message for the owner and have not received a call yet. Manager Clint has no idea what he does and is extremely respectless and rude. His employee messed up and he tried to get me out of the way to fix it instead of doing the right thing. Apart from old chicken and a partly lacking order, you also get bad service with people who know nothing about their mistakes to fix instead of losing business. Apparently, the owner Randy has another chicken express in the area. Not sure what."
