"once again enjoyed the excellent kitchen at aboyer. with good friends we enjoyed the gougeres (cheese sheds) and agnolotti (escargot) with the brotservice. wow. for Entree’s we had the loup de mer, the lamb chopper, the berkshire pork and the cassoulet (cover, lamb, bohnen.) the cassoulet was a bit dry but very tasty and others were excellent. both couples shared the delicious dark chocolate gateau to dessert. a noth shore edelstein.
