"Absolutely disappointed with the service. We went for a wine tasting on Tuesday afternoon with a friends visiting from Europe. At the bat they told us to pick a table and someone will be with us shortly, 40 min later we were still waiting. We called the lady going around two times before she actually brought the menu. We waited another 20 min to order. The first glasses were delivered without explaining which wine it is. No water was served, we asked twice, then Jen explained to us that there is filtered water on the side we can serve ourselves. The last 3 glasses we served all together with confusing explanations. Jen, the lady taking care of us started explaining how busy they were and she is sorry that she forgot about us..... They were not busy at all, a total of 6 tables with us. At the end they gave us 2 free wine tastings for the inconvenience, that was nice but absolutely not the experience we were looking for. Very inconsistent and chaotic service. Deeply disappointed."
