"it is 2022 and the dining room is still closed. a 20-minute waiting time, cold huh and soggy fries are all they are from the drive through. her competitor Zaxby’s had her dining room reopened for more than a year. I guess rc doesn't care. no more business."

"I've i could give zero stars I would. We went through the drive thru to see that they put that I didn't want a drink when I said lemonade no ice. And when I tried to get a drink at the window I was told they couldn't do that. So you mean to tell me I'm buying Two meals from you and I can't pay for my drink that y'all didn't put down at the window. Now I have no drink to drink with my meal. My trip to canes was suppose to be one way trip but since I couldn?t get a drink I had to stop somewhere else and get it.I had to stop at the gas station to get a drink because canes couldn't provide me with a drink!!!!!"
