I ordered the mutton biryani and was taken aback when I saw that I was charged a hefty $29 mutton biryani for it. When I raised my concern about the pricing, the employee I interacted with was extremely rude and unhelpful.Considering the exorbitant price and the lack of assistance from the employee, I decided to cancel my order immediately. To my surprise, I was told that canceling was not an option, even though it had been just two minutes since I placed the order. It 's disappointing to encounter such inflexibility, especially when genuine concerns are raised.Customer service should be a top priority for any establishment, and unfortunately, this experience fell short in that regard. Not being able to cancel my order within a reasonable time frame and the rudeness of the employee left a negative impression on me.I understand that mistakes can happen, but a good restaurant would have handled the situation with more grace and offered a solution to address my concerns. Unfortunately, that wasn 't the case here. Additionally, when I requested the owner 's contact information to discuss the matter further, it was denied, which added to the frustration.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the restaurant. Improving customer service and being more accommodating with orders could go a long way in enhancing the overall dining experience for future customers.
