"Now, onto the customer service. When I called to place my order, I tried to explain that I was a hospital patient and needed a little extra time. The woman on the phone rudely cut me off and said she was busy before abruptly hanging up. I received a call back within 5 minutes saying the delivery driver had already arrived, but he left because I wasn't there. When I called back to explain, I was told they were too busy to wait and I needed to come to them.
Eventually, I did receive my food, but the experience was marred by the terrible customer service I had encountered. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced."
