"I wanted to write this review for a past, and I had a very clear opinion about this subway until today. my friend and I have been coming to these subways for years and we have always been visited by the old manager beatriz. a few months back I was alerted that beatriz took over a new roll in the company and the new manager name is berthania. first it was blinded, my friend likes a lot sharp and every time we would ask for extra, she would just give us a look at the point where we started to feel uncomfortable when we ordered her. the last stroh was a day when I asked for extra mozzarella because she would cut a single disc into 4 pieces and charge me 2 dollars. She told me I had to pay extra. my normal $27 order was suddenly 34. I wondered why she reacted with the “Labour Policy” that was not important to me, but I often ordered the same and never paid for it. then I'd turn around and eat somewhere else. all this has changed today. I had the pleasure of meeting ariel and anna. they have changed my mind over this subway. I have the best service I've ever got on this subway. I will only return to me for them and my friend feels so comfortable with our experience and for once my friend does not feel ashamed for his selection of sandwich. Subway, if there is something they can take from this review, are more workers like ariel and anna who care for their customers. ariel has been working for many years and came back after some time. his service and his knowledge show that. if this manager his angry and restless, it will lead this subway to the floor. the worst part is that I was complaining about the manager in the last and the customer agreed upon after me and began to tell her story) as sad."

"Driving through town, on a time crunch with hungry kids. Ordered online using the app at 6:30. Arrived at 6:50. Our order wasn't even started! Waited in line just to check, and the sandwich artist said, oh we've been busy. So just before 7PM she starts the sandwich order, which admittedly was large. Done at 7:14. Got in our car, realized we were short a sandwich! Had to go back and wait even longer. Absolute waste of time! I even added a tip to the order!"

"One star is 10 to many.... $24.00 for 2 turkey subs that had almost no meats or vegetables on it... tried calling and they don't even answer the phone... my wife's bread was burnt you could smell the burnt to it and on top of that they gave her the bread I wanted minus the burnt and made my sandwich with what she wanted.... another place being taken over and becoming worse instead of better... she got a turkey and mayo that's it and they put about 4 slices of turkey on it and was still $12.00... this place is pathetic... I saw another comment that they skimp on everything, and it is 100% true... do not go there its not worth it... the bread isn't even 12 inches it was about 9-10 at most... ridiculous will never return there ever...."

"I visited the restaurant on January 11th, 2022, around 7pm. When I walked in, a gentleman was ordering 3 subs. He greeted me and informed me that they were out of certain items. I asked about the breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese, but they were also out of that. Despite this, I had a pleasant conversation with him and the other customers. The place was very clean, the gentleman was very nice, and my sandwiches were delicious! I will definitely be returning, and I also discovered that the gentleman works next door. I will have to visit that place as well."

"One of the best underground shops I've eaten. Many rooms to sit eating inside surrounded by large windows if you want to look outside, but can also be very bright on sunny days. There is also a drive-thru that is convenient when you are so inclined. You have a large selection and all the sandwiches I had are great. Good selection of cookies and they are usually easily available. Never had a problem with the staff, even with regard to the right items in the drive-thru."

"Their website says they close at 8PM, their sign in person also says 8PM. Yet when I try to open the door while there’s a worker at 7:30PM looking at me, it’s locked. Don’t waste your time stopping by for lunch, you’ll also be locked out as well, try a place that doesn’t make up their own hours. I bought Groupon coupons for this place yet I can’t ever use them when I’m locked outside of the door. I also tried calling, no answer while there’s a worker inside."
