"We're trying this place again after a year because they had horrible customer service but we thought with a pickup order we would be OK. I ordered online, got a confirmation they received it, sent my daughter to pick it up and she was told they never received the order we had to submit our receipts so they would make the food I was already charged for and then they said it would be 30 minutes, wouldn't speak to me on the phone, only my minor daughter and didn't offer us anything for the inconvenience. This is not the first issue we've had. While they sometimes have great lemon pepper wings it's not worth all of this to get it."
