"The quality had really gone downhill and the service too. The sandwiches barely have more than a slice of meat on them and the last few times the lettuce on a cold sandwich was very wilted. Also, whilr I know how difficult it is to find good service, when you have a customer call you and specifically ask you to set aside a large container of soup and offer to pay for it, you should ensure the soup is put aside. Got there to an employee indicating she had not done that and act shocked the soup container was empty. And two weeks ago, 2 out of 3 sandwich orders were incorrect. When my Mother in law called, she was told bring in the receipt and we will refund you . At 82 years old, she is not going to go out AGAIN for $15! Needless to say, not only was a sale lost today over the soup, but now two customers are also lost. My Mother in law and I will both visit other area restaurants. Sorry Padow 's, but you are just not cutting it anymore."
