"This restaurant only accepts cash, but it serves the best falafel in Union Square. The ingredients are always fresh and of high quality. The hummus is fantastic, and the staff are wonderful. I love the food—there's nothing not to like!"

"Eggplant Wrap was the worst. Literally tasted like charcoal. Burnt mess, cant believe they sent it out if the kitchen. Anyone else try this from them? Chicken and Beef skewers were overcooked. Was not expecting this from a 4.9 rated resto. Each wrap had overcooked pitas with many burn spots. i wouldnt serve to a dog. Baclava was off the hook though. Thanks for feeding my family member a charcoal wrap. I have a photo and wikl try to attach"

"Hands down the best restaurant I have been in a long time. I walked in Sahara feeling insecure and with an empty stomach. I was greeted with nothing but a menu that shows pictures of their food (that look like what you actually recieve) and the smiling face of a nice lady who helped me get where I need to go in order to chow down. I was not disappointed when getting my food. I enjoyed every bite of this large portioned and reasonably priced meal. This was a first time in a long time I could not finish my plate, and that is definitely a good thing. I walked in with nothing and left with a purpose. I know I need to come back here and I vow I will. Goodbye Sahara. Thank you for this experience."
