"The service at this restaurant was some of the worst I have ever experienced. The waitress appeared to be upset and forgot about my drink order after 15 minutes. She never brought the drink, and when our food arrived, she didn't check on us. We had to flag her down to get the check, but she never took our credit cards so we had to pay in cash. We also witnessed another server drop some food on the floor, pick it up, place it back on the plate, and serve it to a customer."
